Having teeth issues caused by a lifetime of grinding my teeth, I have had several procedures performed by Dr. Maddux. Each one (multiple gum & bone grafts, tooth extraction and implant) has been a painless experience. He listens patiently and thoroughly explains the plan in order to put you at ease. Dr. Maddux is an expert in his profession and cares about each individual patient during and post procedure. Wonderful, welcoming office with a relaxing atmosphere and a friendly staff too! I highly recommend Alabama Periodontics and would not go anywhere else for this type of dental care.

Dr. Maddux and his staff has redefined what being a professional means to me. Everyone in the office greeted me, asked how I was doing and if they could do anything just to let them know. They spoke with such sincerity and truly cared how I was doing from the moment I walked into their office. Then this morning Dr. Maddux called me himself to check in on me to see how I was feeling and if I had any questions or concerns. I have never had a Dr call me personally concerned with how I was feeling the day after my surgery. That right there takes his practice to a whole other level for me. Dr. Maddux and his staff are the only ones I will 100% recommend.
